U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Chinese Paper Plates Circumvent Duties
The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that imports of certain paper plates from Cambodia, made with Chinese paperboard, may be evading antidumping and countervailing duties imposed on Chinese paper plates.
