Export-Import Bank Financing for Brazil's Purchase of Counter-Narcotics Aircraft Equipment

The US Secretary of State has determined that the Export-Import Bank will provide financial guarantees for Brazil's purchase of five early warning aircraft systems primarily for counternarcotics purposes, which is in the national interest of the United States.
