US Department of Commerce Amends ITAR Regulations for International Space Station

The US Department of Commerce has amended the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to reduce the burden on exporters, removing controls on the international space station and its components, parts, and associated equipment, as well as technical data, software, and services related to these items, except for those controlled under Category XV (f) of the USML.
