SEC Requests Comment Period for Investment Company Act Form N-17f-1

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking public comment on the proposed extension of the Investment Company Act Form N-17f-1, which is used by management investment companies to report on their securities and similar investments held in custody with members of national securities exchanges.
