Treasury Department Proposes Alteration to Fiscal Record System

The Treasury Department's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is proposing an alteration to the Fiscal Record System, a system of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended by the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988.
