Capital and Accounting Standards; Annual Report to Congressional Committees

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) submitted its annual report to Congressional committees, detailing differences in capital and accounting standards used by OTS and other Federal banking agencies. The report includes two attachments explaining the differences in capital standards and accounting practices.
