Tax on Certain Imported Substances; Notice of Determination; Bisphenol-A, Etc.

The Internal Revenue Service has announced a determination to modify the list of taxable substances in the Internal Revenue Code to include bisphenol-A and alpha-methylstyrene, as per Notice 89-61.
