Tax on Certain Imported Substances; Filing of Petition; Epichlorohydrin, Etc.

The Internal Revenue Service has accepted petitions to add epichlorohydrin and allyl chloride to the list of taxable substances under section 4672(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as per Notice 89-61.
