The Office of the Secretary is removing 31 CFR Part 51, 'Financial Assistance to Local Governments,' and 31 CFR Part 52, 'Antirecession Fiscal Assistance to State, Territorial and Local Governments,' due to the repeal of the Revenue Sharing Act.
