Express Consignments; Formal and Informal Entries of Merchandise; Administrative Exemptions

The interim regulations regarding express consignments, formal and informal entries of merchandise, and administrative exemptions will become effective on August 23, 1994, after a motion for a preliminary injunction was denied by the United States Court of International Trade on August 16, 1994.
