Treasury Publishes Proposed Amendments to Government Securities Act Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public comment on proposed changes to recordkeeping and reporting requirements for registered government securities brokers and dealers under the Government Securities Act of 1986, with the aim of enhancing transparency and risk management.
