Delegation of Authority

The authority to execute returns required by any internal law or regulation made thereunder when the person required to file such return fails to do so (26 CFR 301.6020-1(b) and 26 CFR 301.7701-9) is modified to include Detroit Computing Center ETAP (Employment Tax Adjustment Program)/6020(b) Support Manager GS-8 and above.
