Tax on Certain Imported Substances (Cyclododecanol, et al.); Filing of Petitions

The IRS has accepted petitions to add cyclododecanol, 1,5,9- cyclododecatriene, and adiponitrile to the list of taxable substances, as per Notice 89-61, and will publish the notice in compliance with the regulations.
