Customs Extends Conditional Release Period for Textiles and Textile Products

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is introducing a 180-day conditional release period for textile and textile product imports to help determine country of origin accuracy, with importers facing liquidated damages if they fail to return goods to Customs.
