Allowances Received by Members of the Armed Forces in Connection With Moves to New Permanent Duty Stations

The proposed regulations exclude certain allowances received by members of the Armed Forces from gross income due to changes in permanent duty stations, following amendments to the Internal Revenue Code made by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993.
