Approved State Plans for Enforcement of State Standards Approval of Supplements to the Utah, Arizona, and Puerto Rico State Plans

The U.S. government has approved state plan supplements for Utah, Arizona, and Puerto Rico, allowing employers in these states to participate in Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) and potentially realize lower workers' injury rates and costs.
