Proposed Exemptions; Cascade West Sportswear, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan, et al.

The Department of Labor has proposed exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions for Cascade West Sportswear, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and others under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
