The Department of Labor has received notices of proposed exemptions for Novo Nordisk Bioindustrials, Inc. 401(k) Thrift Plan and others from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
