OSHA Issues Final Rule on Retention of DOT Markings, Placards, and Labels

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued a final rule requiring employers to retain DOT markings, placards, and labels on packages and transport vehicles containing hazardous materials until the materials are safely removed.
