Amendment of Filing and Service Requirements in Proceedings Before the Office of Administrative Law Judges

The US Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges has issued an interim final rule amending regulations for filing and service of documents, allowing for fax, telegram, or other next-day delivery methods, and providing guidelines for facsimile filings.
