Proposed Class Exemption for Certain Transactions Involving Insurance Company General Accounts

The Department of Labor proposes a class exemption for certain transactions involving insurance company general accounts, exempting transactions from January 1, 1975, and additional exemptive relief for plans engaging in transactions with persons providing services to insurance company general accounts.
