Grant of Individual Exemptions for Long Mfg. N.C. Inc. Retirement Plan and Others

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code for Long Mfg. N.C. Inc. Retirement Plan and other entities, following public notices and comments.
