Employers in U.S. Ports Must Obtain Attestations for Alien Crewmembers in Alaska

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is requiring employers in Alaska to submit attestations to use alien crewmembers for longshore activities in U.S. ports, following amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act.
