U.S. Department of Labor Corrects Grant of Exemption for Certain Pension Transactions

The U.S. Department of Labor has amended its grant of class exemption to allow pension plans to engage in certain transactions previously prohibited under the settlement agreements between the Department of Labor and pension plans.
