Small Business Size Standards; Waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule
The Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to terminate existing waivers of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for various high nickel alloy and aluminum products, citing the discovery of small business manufacturers for these classes of products.
