NFA Granted Expanded Authority to Confirm Exemptive Relief for Foreign FCMs

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has authorized the National Futures Association to confirm exemptive relief to certain foreign firms acting as futures commission merchants, expanding on previous authority and requiring NFA to maintain records of these functions.
