Prepayment of Certain Small Business Investment and Certified Development Company Debentures

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has implemented a new program to provide relief from prepayment penalties for certain debentures issued under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958. This program was authorized by Public Law 103-403, The Small Business Administration Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 1994, signed by the President on October 22, 1994.
