Approval of Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 187, Administration Standard for the Telecommunications Infrastructure of Federal Buildings

The US Secretary of Commerce has approved a new standard, FIPS Publication 187, which adopts ANSI/TIA/EIA-606-1993, an administrative standard for the telecommunications infrastructure of federal buildings.
