NIST Invites Parties to Discuss Cooperative Research Consortium for Evaluating Rubber Roofing Membranes

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) invites interested parties to attend a meeting on October 11, 1994, to discuss the possibility of setting up a cooperative research consortium for developing a methodology to evaluate the long-term performance of tape-bonded seams of vulcanized-rubber roofing membranes.
