Atlantic Swordfish Catches by Minor Harvesting Nations; Possible Restrictions on Imports

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has been asked to investigate possible restrictions on swordfish imports under the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act (ATCA). The agency is soliciting comments for consideration in the investigation.
