US Department of Commerce to Terminate Suspended Investigation on Cotton Shop Towels from Peru

The US Department of Commerce is terminating its suspended countervailing duty investigation on cotton shop towels imported from Peru, allowing domestic manufacturers to import these products without additional tariffs, effective October 1, 1994, with written comments on the decision due by September 30, 1994.
