US Federal Regulations Limit Access to Atlantic Tuna Fisheries After September 1, 1994

The US government has issued a notice warning that anyone entering the Atlantic tuna fishery after September 1, 1994, may face uncertain access to the commercial tuna fishery in the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, or Caribbean, as the Secretary of Commerce considers limiting access to the Atlantic tuna resources.
