CFTC Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Rules for Exchange-Traded Commodity Options Risk Disclosure

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public input on proposed rules for risk disclosure in exchange-traded commodity options, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The CFTC must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment.
