USITC Makes Preliminary Determination on Less Than Fair Value Sales of Fresh Cut Roses from Colombia

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has made a preliminary determination that imports of fresh cut roses from Colombia are being sold at less than fair value. The USITC will issue a full report on its findings, which will be available on its website at usitc.gov.
