Atlantic Tuna Fisheries; Bluefin Tuna

NMFS has determined that the 33 metric tons (mt) set-aside for the late-season General category quota beginning September 15, will be taken by September 16, 1994. Therefore, the General category fishery will be closed effective at 1200 hours on Saturday, September 17, 1994, except that 8 mt will remain available for the New York Bight fishery beginning September 20, 1994. This action is being taken to prevent overharvest of the quota established for this fishery.
