US Department of Commerce Proposes Amendment to Harmonized Tariff Schedule for Cotton Sheeting and Sateen from Peru

The US Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the 1989 Conversion, which governs countervailing duties on cotton sheeting and sateen from Peru, following the US full conversion to the international harmonized system of tariff classification on January 1, 1989.
