NMFS Seeks Public Comments on Amendment 21a for Groundfish Fishery in BSAI

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on Amendment 21a to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Groundfish Fishery of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Area (BSAI), which proposes to close trawl fishing around the Pribilof Islands to protect crab, seabird, and marine mammal populations.
