U.S. Secretary of Commerce Approves POSIX Standard for Operating System Interface
The U.S. Secretary of Commerce has approved a new standard for Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX), which will be published as FIPS Publication 189, following a review of comments and recommendations from NIST.
