US Department of Commerce Proposes Amendment to Harmonized Tariff Schedule for Argentine Textile Mill Products

The US Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the 1989 conversion for countervailing duties on certain textile mill products from Argentina, which was implemented following the country's full adoption of the international harmonized system of tariff classification on January 1, 1989.
