NMFS Seeks Comments on Proposal to Authorize Harbor Seal Harvesting for Washington State Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to allow the Washington State Department of Corrections (WDOC) to incidentally harass a small number of harbor seals during the demolition of a dock facility on McNeil Island in southern Puget Sound, with the goal of minimizing harm to the marine mammals.
