U.S. Issues Preliminary Ruling on Stainless Steel Angle Imports from Japan, Postpones Final Decision

The U.S. Commerce Department has made a preliminary determination that imports of stainless steel angle from Japan are sold at less than fair value, and has postponed the final determination of the antidumping duty investigation.
