US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty on Thai Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand, following a request from domestic producers of standard pipe products, and has preliminarily determined that dumping margins exist with respect to one manufacturer/exporter, Saha Thai Steel Pipe Company, Ltd.
