U.S. Department of Commerce Proposes Rule to Raise Exemption Level for Quarterly Report Form BE-577

The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) is proposing to amend the exemption level for filing quarterly Form BE-577, a mandatory survey of U.S. direct investment abroad, from $15 million to $20 million, aiming to reduce the reporting and processing burdens on respondents.
