US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Countervailing Duty Review for Mexican Leather Wearing Apparel

The US Department of Commerce has launched a review to reassess the cash deposit rate for two Mexican exporters, Maquiladora Pieles Pitic, S.A. de C.V. and Finapiel de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., after the Government of Mexico reported that they had been overlooked in the initial countervailing duty order.
