US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Viscose Rayon Staple Fiber from Sweden

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on viscose rayon staple fiber from Sweden, determining a net subsidy of 0.26 percent ad valorem for the period January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991, and finding it to be below the de minimis threshold of 0.50 percent ad valorem.
