Doctors Medical Weight Loss Centers, Inc., et al. Agree to Settlement Over Alleged Misrepresentation of Diet Programs

The companies and their officer have agreed to stop misrepresenting diet program performance and safety, and to provide reliable scientific evidence to support future claims, as part of a settlement with the government over alleged trade practices violations.
