RN Nutrition, et al. Reach Proposed Consent Agreement to Address Federal Law Violations

RN Nutrition and other California-based marketers of BoneRestore, a calcium supplement product, have agreed to a proposed consent agreement with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to settle allegations of violating federal law. The agreement would require the company to provide reliable scientific evidence to support its claims and restrict the use of misleading marketing tactics.
