Coca Cola Bottling Company of the Southwest Must Divest Dr Pepper Franchise Within 12 Months

The Coca Cola Bottling Company of the Southwest has been ordered to divest its Dr Pepper franchise from San Antonio Dr Pepper Bottling within 12 months, or face the possibility of a trustee being appointed to complete the divestiture, and must obtain Commission approval before acquiring any other branded carbonated soft drink interests in the same areas.
