Dow Chemical Agrees to Settle Allegations of Prohibited Trade Practices

The Dow Chemical Company and its subsidiary Marion Merrell Dow, Inc. have agreed to settle allegations of violating federal law by licensing their dicyclomine formulations and technology to a third party within a year, and by restricting their own production of dicyclomine for ten years.
