Homecare Oxygen & Medical Equipment Company, et al. Agree to Settlement Over Prohibited Trade Practices

The company has agreed to a 10-year ban on acquiring ownership interests in firms selling oxygen systems in a specific geographic market, if more than 25% of the pulmonologists in that area are affiliated with the firm, as part of a settlement over alleged unfair trade practices.
